- For payments in advance, please send your payment proof by fax or e-mail.
- Your reservation will be confirmed only after we send you the identification number.
- For reservations without payment in advance, we ensure your check-in until 18:00 hours.
- Parking and garage are not included in our rates.

Cancellation policy, booking and return for advanced payment

- Cancellation of your reservation: always by e-mail or fax, and be sure you inform us your identification number and period of stay.

Return of advanced payment
- If until 30 days before check-in time: an administrative fee of 20% over the amount payed will be charged.
- If until 15 days before check-in time: an administrative fee of 40% over the amount payed will be charged.
- If until 24 days before check-in time: san administrative fee of 100% over the amount payed will be charged.

Deadline for return of amount in the bank account of the payee: 03 weekdays.

Billings:

- Only with prior written permission of the company / person responsible.

Clothes/Maid Service:

- It is not allowed to ironing in the rooms.
- Our Hotel has a complete laundry service.
- Laundry or ironing must be notified at the Front Desk.
- It is not allowed to extend clothes in the windows and balconies.
- It is not allowed to walk the hallways wearing underwear.
- Please keep silence after 22:00 hours (rooms and corridors).
- Maid Service only until 16:00 hours.

Room Service/Kitchen:

- Room Service is available until 21:00 hours, cold snacks and juice only. For weekends, please consult Front Desk.
- Third-party services should be paid upon delivery (pizza, remedies, and other hot snacks).
- Breakfast is served from 06:30 until 10:00 AM, in the Breakfast Room beside Front Desk only.

Safe:

- Valuables: jewelry, cash, documents and others should be declared at the Front Desk.
- Our Hotel offers a safe. Please ask for information at the Front Desk.

Visiting/Hosting:

- People without identification are not allowed to enter or be hosted in the Hotel. Minors, accompanied by a parent or with written permission.

Recreation Area:

- Swimming pool: from 09:00 to 21:00 hours.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible.
